Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember information across pages or between visits — such as your preferences or whether you've agreed to certain terms.
Cookies are not programs and cannot access other files on your device. They do not contain viruses or personal data on their own; any personal information they reference is associated with what you've chosen to provide.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for a website to function. Others are used for analytics, personalisation, or advertising. You have control over the optional categories.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active — cannot be disabled
Required for the website to operate. These handle session management and basic security functions. Without them, the site cannot work correctly.
Examples: session tokens, security state, cookie consent record
Duration: Session (deleted when browser closes)
Analytics Cookies
Optional
Help us understand how visitors use the website — which pages are visited most, how long people spend, and where traffic comes from. This informs how we improve the site over time.
Examples: page views, session duration, referral source
Duration: Up to 24 months
Marketing Cookies
Optional
Used to deliver relevant advertising if we run campaigns, and to measure their effectiveness. These may be set by third-party advertising platforms.
Examples: ad impression tracking, conversion attribution
Duration: Up to 12 months
Preference Cookies
Optional
Remember choices you've made so you don't have to re-enter them on future visits. This includes any language or display preferences you've set.
Examples: language selection, interface preferences
Duration: Up to 12 months
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our website are set by third-party services we use. These are subject to each provider's own privacy and cookie policies:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (analytics category)
- Google Ads — advertising measurement if campaigns are active (marketing category)
- Facebook Pixel — advertising conversion tracking if active (marketing category)
- Google Maps — embedded map on our homepage, may set functional cookies
We only activate third-party scripts for the categories you have enabled. Essential third-party services (such as the CDN delivering fonts and icons) do not set tracking cookies.
4. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two duration categories:
- Session cookies exist only while your browser is open. They are deleted automatically when you close the browser. We use these for essential operational functions.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period — typically between 30 days and 24 months depending on their purpose. They allow the site to recognise returning visitors and remember saved preferences.
