It depends on the service. The AI Readiness Assessment spans 4 weeks, Intelligent Process Mapping takes 6 weeks, and Custom Vision Analysis runs approximately 10 weeks. We structure each engagement to be thorough without being drawn out unnecessarily.

Each service produces concrete deliverables. Process Mapping produces a structured integration roadmap. Vision Analysis produces a trained, API-ready model. The Readiness Assessment produces a prioritised action plan with realistic timelines. All documentation is written to be practically useful, not just presented in a meeting.

The prices listed are starting points. Final pricing depends on the scale and complexity of your organisation's context. We discuss scope openly before any agreement is made, and we'll be clear about what's included and what might affect cost.

All client data shared during engagements is treated as confidential. We work under formal confidentiality agreements and follow responsible data handling practices aligned with Malaysian data protection requirements. Nothing you share is used outside the scope of your engagement.
