What Clients Say About Working with Mykreativo
Candid accounts from organisations that chose a more thoughtful path into AI adoption.

"We came in expecting to be sold a platform. Instead, the first thing they did was question whether we actually needed one. That kind of intellectual honesty is what made us trust everything that followed. The Process Mapping engagement gave us a roadmap that our engineering team has actually been using — not shelving."

"The Readiness Assessment gave us a realistic view of where we stood — which, frankly, was behind where we thought we were. That wasn't comfortable, but it was useful. We've since used the action plan to make three structural changes to our data setup, which means we're now actually ready to do something meaningful with AI."

"Our quality inspection process generates hundreds of images per shift, and we'd been manually reviewing a sample to catch defects. The vision model Mykreativo built now handles that classification with better consistency than our manual process. The documentation was clear enough that our own team maintains it."

"Most consultants present themselves as having an answer before they understand the question. The Mykreativo team spent the first two weeks of our engagement listening and challenging assumptions. By the time they presented findings, there was nothing surprising — because we'd built that understanding together throughout the process."

"I appreciated that the deliverable wasn't a polished PDF meant to sit in a folder. It was a working document with commentary on trade-offs, alternatives, and open questions. That depth made it genuinely useful when we took it to our board. Pricing was also fair for what we received."
Roslan Hamdan
CEO · Selangor

"As someone without a technical background, I was concerned I'd be talked past during the technical reviews. The Mykreativo team structured everything clearly and always explained the relevance of technical findings to business outcomes. The people at the workshops felt genuinely heard — that matters for adoption."

Detailed accounts of how specific challenges were approached and what resulted.
Identifying Automation Candidates in a Mixed-Process Facility
Challenge
A mid-sized manufacturer had heard consistently that AI could reduce their quality control overhead, but had received contradictory advice about where to start. Previous consultants had proposed solutions without examining the actual production environment.
Our Approach
Six-week Process Mapping engagement involving interviews with shift supervisors, maintenance staff, and the engineering team. We reviewed three months of defect logs and observed two full production cycles before forming any recommendations.
Outcome
Identified two high-value automation candidates and three areas where process improvement (not AI) was the correct intervention. The organisation prioritised accordingly and avoided a significant misallocation of technical resources.
"They told us that two of the five areas we thought needed AI actually needed process redesign, not technology. That kind of advice is worth more than a long list of recommendations."

Vision Model for Automated Inventory Documentation
Challenge
A logistics firm was manually photographing and labelling inbound cargo as part of their receiving process. The labour involved was significant and error rates in labelling created downstream reconciliation issues.
Our Approach
Custom Vision Analysis engagement over 10 weeks. We worked with the warehouse team to curate and label an initial dataset, then trained a classification model with iterative feedback from receiving staff who understood the real-world variation in cargo presentation.
Outcome
Deployed model handles standard classification with approximately 94% accuracy on known cargo types, reducing manual documentation time by around 60%. Integration with their existing warehouse management system was completed by their internal team using the API we provided.
"The model does what it says it does. The documentation is clear enough that when we had a question six months later, we could find the answer ourselves without calling anyone."

AI Readiness Assessment for a Growing Accounting Firm
Challenge
A 45-person accounting firm was under pressure from partners to develop an AI strategy. They had limited internal technical capacity and were uncertain how to evaluate the various tools and vendors approaching them.
Our Approach
Four-week Readiness Assessment including data infrastructure review, interviews with partners and team leads, and a structured evaluation of the firm's current tooling. We also reviewed three vendor proposals they had already received.
Outcome
Delivered a prioritised action plan identifying three short-term improvements to their data organisation and two medium-term AI candidates. Also provided a clear evaluation of the vendor proposals against their actual needs — helping the firm avoid one engagement that would have been poorly suited to their context.
"The assessment gave our partners the language to have a sensible conversation about AI strategy without getting lost in technical details or vendor claims."
