About Mykreativo

Built to Ask the Right Questions Before Anything Else

We're an AI consulting firm that believes clarity comes before code. Our work begins with understanding your situation, not with proposing a solution.

Our Story

A firm founded on a different set of questions

Mykreativo was founded in Kuala Lumpur by professionals who had watched organisations spend significantly on AI initiatives only to find the results underwhelming โ€” not because the technology failed, but because the fit had never been properly examined.

We set out to build a different kind of engagement model. One that begins with listening, not pitching. Where our first task is always to understand your workflows, your data, your team's capabilities, and your actual business objectives โ€” before forming any view about what technology might help.

Since our founding, we have supported organisations across manufacturing, professional services, retail, and logistics sectors in Malaysia to approach intelligent systems with informed confidence. We are not attached to particular platforms or models. We are attached to outcomes that hold up over time.

Our name comes from the Latin word for seeking โ€” a reminder that the most valuable thing we can offer is careful, structured inquiry. Not every problem benefits from AI, and we'll be the first to say so when that's true.

How We Work

Standards and Protocols

The commitments we hold ourselves to on every engagement, regardless of size or scope.

Data Confidentiality

All client data is covered by formal confidentiality agreements. We follow PDPA-compliant data handling practices and do not retain or repurpose client information after engagements close.

Objective Assessment

We are vendor-neutral and have no commercial relationships with AI platform providers. Our recommendations are based solely on what fits your context โ€” including recommending against AI when that is the honest answer.

Clear Deliverables

Every engagement concludes with documented, actionable outputs. We do not deliver presentations that require our ongoing involvement to interpret. Deliverables are written to be used by your team independently.

Stakeholder Inclusion

We involve relevant people from across your organisation โ€” not just leadership โ€” because frontline knowledge about workflows is often what makes the difference between a useful roadmap and a theoretical one.

Ethical AI Practices

We consider the broader implications of AI systems we help design or deploy, including bias risks, explainability requirements, and the effect on affected individuals. Responsible implementation is part of our standard process.

Transparent Communication

Scope, progress, and any changes to timeline or complexity are communicated openly throughout each engagement. We do not surprise clients with findings at the end of a process โ€” insights are shared as they emerge.

Our Approach

Consulting That Prioritises Understanding Over Urgency

The AI consulting landscape in Malaysia has matured considerably over the past several years. Organisations today have access to a wide range of capable tools and platforms. What remains genuinely scarce is the structured thinking required to choose among them wisely โ€” and to know when to proceed slowly rather than quickly.

At Mykreativo, we have built our methodology around the specific challenges that Malaysian companies face when considering AI adoption: fragmented data environments, mixed levels of digital capability across departments, and pressure to demonstrate results before foundations are properly in place. Our process mapping, vision analysis, and readiness assessment services each address a specific part of this challenge.

Process Mapping suits organisations that sense AI could help but aren't sure where. Vision Analysis suits those with a defined visual data problem who need reliable, deployable technology. The Readiness Assessment suits those who want an honest, independent view of their starting position before committing to anything further.

We are based in Kuala Lumpur and conduct our engagements primarily with Malaysian organisations, though we can accommodate remote or hybrid arrangements for suitable projects. All our work is conducted in English and adapted to the regulatory environment of Malaysia.
